For UK Shopify merchants · fixed price
Get paid by the next wave of customers — including the robots.
Stablecoin payments and AI shopping agents are arriving. Most small UK retailers aren't ready. I'll set you up properly, at a fixed price, on the tools you already own.
Two new ways to buy, and most shops can't take either.
Assistants that shop for people
AI assistants are starting to search, compare stock and pay on someone's behalf. If they can't read your store or pay it, you don't exist to that channel.
USDC is already in your checkout settings
Shopify Payments in the UK now supports USDC, a stablecoin tied to the US dollar. Most merchants haven't switched it on, or thought through refunds, accounts and payouts.
Still settling in the UK
The wider UK rules on stablecoins are still being finalised. You want someone who understands the tech and the practical risks, not just one of them.
What you get
Four things as a fixed-price setup, and a fifth if you want it. All of it built on your own Shopify account and your own accounting software. I don't resell anything.
-
USDC checkout, paid out in pounds
Switched on through Shopify Payments, with payouts set to GBP. Your customer pays in USDC; you receive pounds in your normal payout, so you carry no currency exposure.
-
A refunds and returns check
USDC orders come with Shopify's own cashback and refund rules. I read your returns policy against them and fix anything that no longer matches.
-
An accounting handover
A short reconciliation note for your accountant, and Xero or QuickBooks set up so USDC orders land where they should. Nobody should be puzzling over them at year-end.
-
An agent-readiness audit
Your product data, stock and prices checked for being clean and machine-readable, so an AI shopping agent can find your listings and trust what they say.
-
Optional: a paid data endpoint
A small API that AI agents pay to use, a fraction of a penny per request, to check your stock. Built on Circle's x402 payment standard. Priced separately, because it's a build rather than a setup.
I run this on my own shop first
Loaded Dice, my UK hobby retailer on Shopify Plus, accepts USDC at checkout. Everything in the package above was done there before it was offered to anyone else.
The paid data endpoint is running there too: a stock-check API that an AI agent can pay per request. Try the live demo.

What I don't do
I don't hold or move your money. Payments go through your own provider, Shopify Payments or Stripe, straight to you.
I don't give investment or tax advice. I prepare the handover; your accountant makes the calls.
I don't recommend holding crypto. The setup pays out in pounds, and that's how I'd leave it.
Questions
Do my customers need crypto?
Only the ones who choose to pay that way. Cards and every other payment method stay exactly as they are.
Will I end up holding dollars or crypto?
No, not with the setup I do. Payouts arrive in pounds, in your normal Shopify Payments payout.
Is this legal in the UK?
Accepting USDC through Shopify Payments is a standard, supported payment method. The wider UK rules on stablecoins are still being finalised, and I keep an eye on them.
What's an AI shopping agent?
An assistant that searches, compares and buys on someone's behalf. To pick your shop, it needs product data it can read and trust.
What does it cost to run?
Shopify Payments' usual fees apply. There's no ongoing charge from me unless you choose a support plan.
Be early, not first-and-bleeding.
Forty-five minutes, free, and I'll tell you honestly whether your shop should bother yet.
